EDA names Will Packolyk as Principal
EDA Planning + Urban Design Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Packolyk, BLA, AALA, BCSLA as Principal for EDA Planning + Urban Design Inc. Will joined EDA in April 2018, bringing more than 10 years of landscape architecture experience earned from a variety of planning, commercial/industrial, land development and residential projects.
Will has a Landscape Architectural Technology Diploma from NAIT, a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho, and is a full member of both the Alberta Association of Landscape Architects and the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects.
Will is well versed in the full scope of operations, including staging, procurement, staff management, authoring and executing contracts, design, and design implementation. His hand-on approach means he is involved in many of EDA’s projects such as Jasper Avenue New Vision, Heritage Valley District Park, Northern Lights Cemetery, Hermitage Park Renewal, and the Royal Tyrrell Museum Entry Plaza. Will is also actively leading projects on Vancouver Island and in the Okanagan region. He is currently working to expand EDA’s portfolio of work throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
