Ted's area of practice is focused on project management, design and implementation of a broad range of site planning, design and landscape related projects including: park planning and
design, visual impact assessment, open space planning, tourism design, streetscape design,
historic landscape restoration, cultural, institutional, and housing design, and trail system planning
Ted has over thirty five years of professional experience in Western and Northern Canada, including: feasibility studies, master planning, design, contract documentation, and construction
administration. Skills include: physical planning, design, community consultation, strong graphic
communication skills, project management and client liaison.

Will has a wide range of professional experience in urban design, commercial, instructional, streetscape, land development and residential projects. Will is experienced with project management, construction, estimation, construction documents, and detailed and conceptual design. Will has a keen interest in urban development and emphasizes a sense of ‘place’ in every project.
in addition to past experience at award winning Firms like DIALOG, Will has also operated a construction company dealing primarily in residential design-build. during that time he gained strong experience with estimation, scheduling, project management, contract administration and execution of contracts. He enjoys contributing to the ongoing success of the landscape architectural industry: he has taught at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in many of its design programs.
Christopher is a landscape architectural technologist with EDA Collaborative Inc. He has worked on planning and design projects ranging from parks and open space design to waterfronts, as well as residential and commercial design plans. He has a strong understanding of plant material and technically proficient in a variety of computer programs including AutoCAD. Christopher also has
a strong background in construction management including project coordination, site inspections,
and preparation of contract documentation and payment certificates.
Christopher has worked on projects which have included the evaluation of potential construction
impacts to existing plant material and the identification of recommended actions to mitigate
potential damage to noted existing vegetation to be retained including construction setbacks
from the existing plant material and protective hoarding requirements.
Christopher has experience from the projects he has completed throughout his education as well
as the projects he has been involved in with EDA. He is proficient in a variety of software ranging
from graphic and drafting programs to data and word processing.
Jason has an interdisciplinary range of experience spanning Planning, Architecture, and Landscape Architecture, working both in public and private sectors over the past 8 years. His main focus and interest is Urban Design, a collaborative discipline working across professional boundaries to arrive at successfully integrated outcomes.
Jason’s public sector experience gives him a strong grounding in policy research, design review, and the application of policies and guidelines on a wide range of public and private design projects. Jason also has private sector design and project management experience in architecture and landscape architectural capacities. He has worked on planning and design projects as big as trail masterplans, large scale rezonings for transit oriented developments, land subdivisions, down to the small scale design of houses and mixed use residential / commercial buildings. This range of experience Jason provides helps align the finer details with big picture concepts of design projects.
Jason’s past career as a graphic / web designer bring strong visual communication and technical software skills to his role as an Urban Designer
